Orders

Orders are placed through our secure checkout, which is provided by Shopify. Once you place an order you receive a confirmation, and we may contact you by phone to verify your details. We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfil, for example if a piece is no longer available.

Payment

Cash on delivery is our only payment method. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, so nothing is charged in advance. The total you pay on delivery is the price of your pieces plus the delivery fee shown at checkout.

Delivery

4 days delivery across Egypt. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your governorate and courier availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please DM us on Instagram with a photo of the issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device. All pieces are handpicked and may have minor variations that are characteristic of handmade items.
